GST that keeps itself current

Because the GST is derived from your transactions, it can’t drift out of date. Every edit re-flows straight into the return.

Live GST position

Every receipt and invoice updates your GST-collected and GST-paid totals the moment it lands. Open any period and the figure you owe, or are owed, is already there.

Returns filing-ready

Wrightly maps your figures onto the GST103 return for every period, so it’s calculated and ready. Copy it into myIR today; direct e-filing to IRD is coming soon.

Evidence tracked

Receipts are matched to the right transaction, and anything claimed without a receipt is flagged, so your return is substantiated, not a guess.

GST questions

Does Wrightly file my GST return to IRD?
Wrightly keeps every GST return calculated and filing-ready, so the numbers are done when the period is due. For now you copy the finished figures into myIR; direct e-filing from inside Wrightly is coming soon.
How does Wrightly work out the GST?
GST is derived from the category, amount and date of each transaction: the full GST content (3/23 of a GST-inclusive amount), never a figure you have to enter or that can go stale. It’s zero when a category is GST-exempt or before your GST registration date.
Do I need to be GST registered?
No. If you’re not registered, Wrightly adds no GST. Once you register, set your registration date and Wrightly starts tracking GST from that day.
