Pricing questions
Is the free tier really free?
Yes, and there's no trial clock. The free plan covers your books and every tax feature: receipts, expenses, mileage, live GST tracking and filing-ready IR3 and IR4 income tax, with unlimited clients and unlimited quotes. The difference is it's hands-on: you enter and code things yourself, and you can send 5 invoices a month. Wrightly Plus adds bank feeds, automated reconciliation and input processing of transactions, receipts, bills and invoices.
What does Wrightly Plus actually do?
It lifts the free plan's 5-invoice monthly cap to unlimited. It also does your data entry for you. Connect your bank with read-only access and your transactions come in on their own, auto-categorised. Email or upload your bills and receipts, and the copilot reads them, enters them and matches them to the right bank transaction. You approve it all before it reaches your books. If it gets something wrong, one click reverts the whole batch.
How much is Wrightly Plus?
$29 a month plus GST, or $290 a year plus GST, about 17% off the monthly price. Cancel any time.
Are there any limits on the copilot or document processing?
Wrightly Plus is built for real sole-trader volumes, with generous fair-use ceilings so one runaway workload can't affect everyone else: the AI processes up to 1,000 documents a month per organisation (receipts, bills and bank statements: a serious business rarely reaches a few hundred), and the copilot chat has a daily usage allowance that ordinary use never touches. Nothing is lost if you hit one: your documents stay saved and editable by hand, and the counter resets monthly. If your business genuinely needs more, talk to us.
I'm an accountant or bookkeeper. Can I run all my clients under one plan?
Yes. Wrightly Practice is free to set up and costs $27/month plus GST, which includes 3 client entities. Each entity after that is $9/month, however many you carry. It opens with a 14-day free trial, covering up to 3 client entities so you can put a few real clients through before you pay. Every entity you manage gets the full Plus feature set, bank feeds, the copilot and unlimited invoices, and your clients keep ownership of their own books and sign in free.
Do you handle my money?
No. Wrightly never touches your bank account or moves money, and connections are read-only. You keep full control of your accounts; we just read and organise the data.
Can I connect my own AI or tools?
Yes, on every plan. Connect Claude with the one-click MCP connector, or use org-scoped API tokens for scripts and other clients. Everything the app can do, from receipts and invoices to GST summaries and publishing transactions, is available as tools.
