A copilot for your whole business
Wherever you are in Wrightly, the copilot lends a hand, so more of the admin runs itself. Nothing changes your books until you’ve had a look.
Reads your receipts
Shop, date and total, pulled off a photo or a PDF.
Codes your bank statements
Every line categorised, ready for your ok.
Sorts your spending
Income and expenses filed into the right categories on their own.
Handles your invoices
Drafts them, sends them and chases the late payers, so you don’t.
Answers what you owe
Ask what you owe your suppliers, what a client owes you, or where your cash sits, in plain words.
Started the business. Haven’t started the books?
Receipts everywhere
A glovebox full, a drawer full, a few buried in email.
No idea what you actually made
Invoices went out, the bills came in, and you still can’t say what’s left over.
No system yet
Money’s coming in, nothing’s set aside, and you can’t say what’s actually spare. The spreadsheet you started in week one didn’t survive week three.
The backlog is where Wrightly starts.
Hand the copilot your bank statements and the pile of receipts. It codes the lot for you to check, and from there it keeps things tidy as you go.

Why Wrightly
Set up for your business
Your currency, invoice wording and categories are set correctly from the moment you sign up. No conversions, no relabelling.
Your data stays yours
Export any time and delete on request. We never touch or move your money.
No surprise price rises
If we ever raise prices, you get advance notice before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
We’re just getting started.
Wrightly is new. We’re building it in the open and shaping it around what self-employed people and small businesses actually tell us they need, so you might meet the odd rough edge along the way. When you do, let us know: we read every message and we move quickly to put things right.
None of that changes how we look after your data. Your financial records are handled to a high standard from day one. See how on our security page.
Questions, answered.
Is the free tier really free?
Yes, and there's no trial clock. The free plan covers your books: receipts, expenses, mileage, invoicing and reporting, with unlimited clients and unlimited quotes. The difference is it's hands-on: you enter and code things yourself, and you can send 5 invoices a month. Wrightly Plus adds the copilot that automates the data entry for you, and lifts invoicing to unlimited.
What does Wrightly Plus actually do?
Two things. It lifts the free plan's 5-invoice monthly cap to unlimited, and it does your data entry for you: the copilot reads your receipts and bank statements, categorises every line, matches receipts to the right bank transaction and publishes it all to your books. If it gets something wrong, one click reverts the whole batch.
How much is Wrightly Plus, and how does the trial work?
$12 a month, or $120 a year, about 17% off the monthly price. Every Plus plan opens with a 30-day free trial, so you can put unlimited invoices and the copilot to work before you're charged. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing.
Which banks can I connect?
Not yet. Live bank feeds are coming soon, read-only and revocable any time. Today you can export a statement from your bank (CSV or PDF) and hand it to the copilot, which reads every line and lays out a coded ledger for you to check before anything is published.
Do you handle my money?
No. Wrightly never touches your bank account or moves money, and connections are read-only. You keep full control of your accounts; we just read and organise the data.
Can my accountant use it too?
Yes. Wrightly is multi-member: invite your accountant or business partner into your organisation with their own login and the right role.
Can I connect my own AI or tools?
Yes, on every plan. Connect Claude with the one-click MCP connector, or use org-scoped API tokens for scripts and other clients. Everything the app can do, from receipts and invoices to publishing line items, is available as tools.
